Where are you starting?

Tell us what you sell, who it is for, and what a visitor should do next. You do not need a finished brief.

01

Your first business website

Bring your services, useful answers and approved photos into a landing page or small business site. Give customers one place to understand the offer.

02

An existing site needs work

Send the current link and the part that is confusing or broken. We assess the content and technology before recommending targeted changes or a rebuild.

03

A clearer enquiry or booking step

Help visitors send the right details or reach an agreed booking tool. Custom availability, payments and account features need their own scope.

Agree the useful version before building.

A landing page, a 3–5 page business site, or a defined set of improvements. The quote names the pages, content and connections included.

01

Choose the customer and action

Decide which services matter first, what visitors need to know, and whether the next step is an enquiry, message or booking.

02

Prepare the words and evidence

You provide accurate business details and content you have permission to use. We agree any writing help, then you approve the copy, photos and claims before launch.

03

Build and review the pages

Use clear headings, useful service information and a phone-friendly contact path. Agree basic search setup, analytics, form routing and any booking connection in the scope.

04

Check the next step and hand over

Review the agreed pages and test the enquiry or booking path. Record who controls the accounts, how updates work, and what support covers before launch.

A public example you can explore.

Heisenberg’s Study Room is an owner-affiliated business. It shows Kaiku’s work on a public information and booking page; it is not an independent client testimonial.

Heisenberg’s Study Room

A page for exploring the study room, checking seat availability and starting a booking. Its seat features are a scoped example, not an inclusion in every website.

Know the scope and costs before starting.

A useful website needs clear responsibilities as well as clear pages.

01

What does a website cost?

From ₹20,000, then from ₹600 a month to keep it live, keep it working and make small corrections. Setup and monthly costs depend on the pages, writing, bookings and payments needed. You get one fixed quote before work starts. New pages and new sections are quoted separately.

02

What do I need to supply?

Your services, audience, business details, logo, approved photos and any current website or domain information. Writing help can be included in the quote. You approve factual claims and content; we agree review rounds and a schedule once the scope and content are clear.

03

Who owns the site and accounts?

Before work starts, we put account control, code and content handover, and any platform or licence limits in writing. We also agree who maintains the domain and hosting. Moving a site later depends on the technology chosen, so portability is part of that decision.

04

What else might I pay for?

Domains, hosting, booking tools, email services and payment providers may have their own charges. The quote states what the monthly support includes and which provider bills are separate. Support covers the agreed work; new features and larger changes need a separate quote.

05

Can you help with an online shop?

Tell us about your products, countries, payments and delivery rules. We assess the platform and requirements first. A catalogue or storefront needs a separate scope; it is not automatically part of a service website.

06

Will the site bring more enquiries?

We can make the offer easier to understand and the contact path easier to use. Search setup and measurement can be scoped, but rankings, traffic and enquiry numbers are not guaranteed. Your offer, content and how people find the site all matter.

Send the page you need. Or the one you have.
